According to AIFF sources, the English club will offer their training facilities at their home ground, Ewood park. It was said that the club would take care of the national side’s stay and also arrange for practice matches. However, no final decision is taken on this issue, as the two sides are still negotiating the deal.

The 2012 AFC Challenge Cup is going to held at Nepal, starting from 8th March 2012. The Indian side will face Tajikistan in their first round before their final round match against 2010 champions North Korea.

With Baichung Bhutia retiring from football, the side’s fortunes now rest on strike duo, Sunil Chhetri and Jeje.

If the deal with the Rovers doesn’t go through, the Indian camp will train in Dubai after the league season ends on February 12th.
